Our Returns Policy
We want you to adore your new swimwear pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, we can offer you a store credit for your next order. In the unlikely event your item is damaged or faulty we can offer 110% store credit or a complete refund.

Sometimes you don't quite order the right size or realise the style isn't quite right for you. We are always happy to exchange your order. If you wish to exchange any items please email us at email@example.com with details of your request; change of size, change of style. Incase of any price differences in items exchanged you will be charged or refunded the difference.
If your order is not quite right and you make a return, Your store credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout for your next purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Oria Swim take no responsibility in tracking your return. In case of an exchanged item, we will cover the shipping costs of the new item sent to you.
Brand New Condition
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
